What is your Return Policy?
I've submitted a Return Order, what now?
A Return Shipping Label will be sent to the email provided within 24 - 48 hours of submission. Repackage the items with the return order slip or any proof of purchase. Items not shipped with proof or purchase will take longer to process. See Return Policy for additional information.
What courier do you use?
Quality Clxns is based in the Untied States and ships with USPS.
How long does it take for you to process and ship my order?
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing times. Delivery times are dependent on location unless otherwise noted.
Do you offer international shipping?
As of November 2024, Quality Clxns does not offer international shipping. This will change in the near future.
I paid extra for fast shipping (USPS Priority Mail), why isn't it out yet?
Please allow 2-5 days for processing. USPS Priority Mail ensures that the courier will deliver the package in 1-3 business days after shipment.
My tracking information is showing "Confirmed". Why hasn't it moved?
Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking information to be displayed correctly.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Please contact customer service at customerservice@qualityclxns.com within 24 hours if you would like to change or cancel your order. Quality Clxns cannot change or cancel the order once the order is shipped.
How do I find the size chart?
Quality Clxns uses standard US sizes. There is a size chart linked here and indexed below all of our footwear items.
