Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may refund or exchange your unworn item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Please include any invoice, receipt, gift receipt and original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Refunds to original payment methods will be subject to a $15 fee which includes the cost of a one-time prepaid return label. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, free from marks, stains, or odors (of any kind) and have no signs of wear. It is recommended to try footwear on carpet as not to scuff the soles making it ineligible for returns.

In the interest of hygiene, jewelry, hair accessories, press on nails, and strip eyelashes may not be refunded, returned, or exchanged for ANY reason at this time.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Purchases made via Afterpay or Paypal are subject to their own return policies.
